Kent Bengtsson, our designer, is an inventor. Every time he meets a hockey player he asks: “What do you need to play better?” That’s how he works, solving problems for those who are going to use the stuff. So that’s how we work, a combination of hockey and innovations. Innovations that will make hockey safer, more powerful and more fun.

Rebellion Innovations Include:

Wooden core gives a better feeling when the puck meets the blade.
A special core in the blade designed for your feeling. It gives a tighter contact between the puck and the blade. Elasticity in the blade gives the puck a softer encounter. Old wooden sticks are nicer in that way, that’s why we have put in a piece of special wood in the core of our blades. The blade is still mostly made out of composite for the lightness but we have given it the advantage of the old wood blades.

Less sweaty hands with airstrike ventilation
Nobody likes sweaty hands, it’s not the same control over the stick. It’s not gross with sweat, just bad for the control. This specially developed system makes the cool fresh air circulate through the glove – it’s really a simple idea, but it works.

Powerwire gives sharper shots with a harder stick
In this invention we have taken an extremely expensive composite thread and twined it in a special way to make the corner of the stick harder. They stand more beating but also make the stick easier to handle and therefore make the player more accurate in shooting.

Cooler hands, better control and cheaper gloves with switchpads
Change the pads in the gloves and they keep dry during the whole match. Take care of your hands. This is important for holding out throughout the whole game.
